Review: EDIT to say that the seller reached out & apologized for a mix up on Amazon’s side of things & that they will refund me asap for receiving the wrong product. I’m happy everyone else that DID receive this correct product have loved it so much! The seller’s customer service is greatly appreciated & it wouldn’t be fair of me to leave this review as is (1 star) with how this mix-up was handled & the fact I don’t have the actual product to review that it seems others have gotten & loved.what i wanted: what’s in the product photo. skinny tube that matches the packaging, clear lip balm (think Rhode or Summer Fridays dupe) in a squeezable tube for application that doesn’t involve my germy fingers on my lips while i’m at workwhat i got: ???? not even sure. looks like one of the colored options but in a short fat clear tube with zero labels which kinda makes it look like one of my nieces under 10 years old made a DIY lip gloss. even my cat is wondering what went wrong here. guess i’ll be playing it safe & going to ulta or sephora
